Simply email hello@vedaluxe.com.au with your order number and email used for your order to initiate a return.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage (we recommend using a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost).
Change of mind refunds
It's okay if you have a change-of-mind about your purchase.
Simply email hello@vedaluxe.com.au with your order number and email used for your order to cancel your order or initiate a return.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you on the spot. if your order has already been dispatched, we'll have to wait for your return. Items must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage.
Damaged Refunds
Sometimes the post can be a bit rough with your package.
If your package has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, simply email hello@vedaluxe.com.au with your order number within 2 days of receiving the package along with your order number and photos of the damages to evaluate if its eligible for a refund.
We'll either refund your money, or send you another package. whichever you prefer - subject to management approval.
